My dad got me a new tripod for Christmas. Oh yes.

 

The day after, when the house seemed emptier, I used it to take photos of myself. Now, I haven't whored myself out in front of the camera in a long time... but I can say, because of the tripod, taking self-portraits has never been easier.

And that's when the idea came to me... Project headshot!

I basically want to take shots like this of my friends, collect and compile them, and print it out into a little book. I also want to include a bunch of random people in there just to make it more interesting.

Anyway, we'll see what happens. Hopefully, I can start the project by this week. Going through my old files, I realized that I already have a bunch to work with. Exciting, exciting.
